I'm thinking it could help me land an invite to 90210 hottie Matt Lanter's next summer house party…
Mr. Lanter tells me his pool is just one of the ways he's doing what he can to be green.
"I'm green in the simple ways that I think everyone could be green," he told me earlier this week at The Lucky One premiere in L.A. "I'm adamant about recycling in my house and I'm always making sure to turn off the lights.
"I'm also in the process right now of researching more energy efficient pool pumps and things like that," he continued. "You know, it just leaves less of a carbon footprint and also helps out with our pockets because it's less energy consumption. It's a win-win situation. It's great for the environment and it's great for us, too."
90210 wrapped a couple of weeks ago. "I'm going to Europe later this month to do a photo shoot with CBS Watch! magazine," Lanter said. "First I'm going to London and then Paris. Hopefully, I'll do some fun sightseeing."
I guess the pool party will have to wait.
