Pauley Perrette's real-life legal dramas continue.

The NCIS star's ex-husband, Francis "Coyote" Shivers, has been charged with one count of violating a court order and one count of probation violation, the Los Angeles City Attorney's office confirms to E! News.

If convicted, he could face up to 18 months in jail.

Earlier this month, Shivers was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor warrant for violation of a restraining order.

Authorities couldn't give any more details about what occurred or confirm if Perrette was the person who took out the restraining order. They were, however, able to share that Shivers was being held on $100,000 bail.

Perrette and Shiver married in 2000 and separated in 2004.
