The actress and singer turns 28 today, and that face of hers is as fresh and adorable as when she played an angelic, terminally ill school girl who turned Shane West's life around in A Walk to Remember—10 years ago!
Since then, the teen pop singer turned screen star has refined her style and gone from blond to brunette to red and back again while booking one movie after another. And, now that we think about it, she maintained a pretty active dating life (ahem, John Mayer) up until she married Ryan Adams in 2009.
When Moore isn't making movies—which really isn't that often—she tends to be on TV, be it How I Met Your Mother and Grey's Anatomy or at the Oscars last year, when Tangled (starring her voice) was nominated for Best Animated Feature.
We're actually kinda confused how she's already 28 (wasn't she just 18 a minute ago?) and how she's only 28 because, well, have you seen her résumé? (Or her awesome roller skates, which she wore to her birthday skate party.)
Need we even say that we wish her a happy birthday and many, many Moore?
