X17online.com Now, we couldn't be more thrilled that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did indeed attend the a pre-Oscars party together Friday, the WME bash in Brentwood (check out the photo of the duo secretly dipping out).
But we're fairly suspicious of the PDA-fueled reports. Quite affectionate? No shortage of PDA?!
Hardly sounds like the Robsten we know and adore.
So what really went down at the private, star-studded soiree?
Not quite as much Robsten action as everyone would like to think:
"They were just being their usual low-key, chill selves," confirms a source, who hung with our fave couple at the party.
Now that sounds more like your standard Rob and Kris. And if their outings as of late are any indication (low-key dinners, chill nights at Soho House) we're guessing this totally together twosome is determined to keep a bit of mystery in their nearly-three-year relaysh. At least until Breaking Dawn: Part 2, of course.
And honestly, while we would kill to see some fresh Robsten PDA, we're just so happy this couple is still going strong! With their new individual projects and busy (dual-continent) schedules, it's so sweet to see they are taking time for each other.
What's more? This couple's still completely unfazed by all the Twilight fame, and our source confirms they were rocking their usual down to Earth 'tude on Friday:
"They were like everybody else. You know, sweet and for sure together, not showy," spilled our private partygoer.
Yep, just as we thought! After all, Robsten's never been a flashy Hollywood twosome, so we would be shocked (yet thrilled) to hear that they suddenly went all lovey-dovey on us.
But seriously? Since we can't even get a shot of a supposedly real PDA-fueled photo, can we put a rush on BD2, like, stat?!
