The young actress, who just broke the news of her engagement to beau of nearly three years Adam Shulman, was caught sporting her new diamond while out with her betrothed.

The rock, which is very hard to miss, was a unique creation made especially for Hathaway by Shulman and Kwiat jewelers.

Yes, he helped design the ring. Can you believe it?! Bonus points.

"We were honored to have the opportunity to work with Adam. He had a strong vision for what he wanted to present to Anne and we worked with him to make a custom design," a rep for the company tells E! News.
