The Housewives are sticking together.

Just before the anticipated second season premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Monday night, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon, Sonja Morgan, and Alex McCord of The Real Housewives of New York City are opening up about the tragic suicide of Beverly Hills castmember Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell, and their feelings whether the show impacted his death.

According to People, Ramona Singer said: "I think it is very tragic. But I don't think that the reality show is to blame for his unfortunate death." Adding, "I think he had problems. And it's sad when someone has so many problems, they feel the only way they can eliminate their pain is by taking their life."

Kelly Bensimon agrees with her castmate, telling the magazine: "I would never blame it on the show. You don't know what happens behind closed doors. And no one can judge. It's no one's job to do that. A lot of people speculate."

While Singer and Bensimon shared their opinions, Sonja Morgan and Alex McCord seemed to want to remain out of the debate. Morgan told People: "My heart goes out to her and I'm here for her. But I never intrude. She knows I'm here, but sometimes being helpful is just staying out of someone's business."

McCord, also seemingly keeping in character, would only say: "I don't even feel comfortable talking about that publicly. We did what we did privately. And that's that."

The season 2 premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Monday, September 5th, at 9 p.m.
