Is there a reason not to love this guy?!

Aside from being a great actor and some serious eye candy, Josh Duhamel shows that he hasn't forgotten about his little hometown of Minot.

Fergie's main squeeze returned to North Dakota for Labor Day weekend, and while most people would be partying hard as a final farewell to summer, Duhamel is focusing on raising awareness and money for those victimized by the local flood.

Minot is trying to recover from a Souris River flooding this summer that forced about 11,000 people from their homes temporarily and damaged about 4,100 houses and hundreds of businesses.

The 38-year-old will visit flood victims and a Red Cross shelter today and attend a benefit concert on Saturday at the State Fairgrounds that will feature the Black Eyed Peas (wonder how he managed to set that up?).

Meanwhile, Duhamel has been keeping his followers up to date with what's going on through his Twitter.

"So good to be back home in #Minot! @bep #MinotRising benefit show tomorrow! Woot woot! http://twitpic.com/6f1a8t"

"Want some good karma for the weekend? Text 'MINOT' to 85944 & donate $10 (added to next cell phone bill) to help #Minot recover."

"Awesome job on hitting 3 million votes for #OakPark! Keep 'em coming! #MinotRising! http://bit.ly/o8sewc"
