Mandy Moore isn't expecting to sing with her rocker hubby Ryan Adams on her next album.

But that doesn't mean he'll be a complete musical no-show…

Moore, who's getting some major kudos right now as the voice of Rapunzel in Disney's new animated flick Tangled, tells me she's going to hit the studio at the beginning of next year. "I'm listening to McCartney right now and a lot of Gram Parsons. My hubby, too. It's hard to ignore that influence in the house."

Still no singing together?

"I don't know about a duet," she said, "But I would love to work with him on the next record. I'm sure he'll be involved in some way. We work well together."

Moore also revealed she "auditioned quite a few times" for Tangled.

"It was singing and singing and singing," she said. "I was excited because they asked us to come in prepared with a singer-songwriter song.

"So I got to go in and sing Joni Mitchell's 'Help Me.' I mean, how often do you get to read a scene and sing a Joni Mitchell song in an audition?!"
