After growing up "chubby" and "hating" herself, Kelly Osbourne looks and feels better than ever.
The Fashion Police host and former DTWS hoofer is rocking her newly svelte, 112-pound, bikini-ready figure on Shape's December cover.
Inside the issue, Kel dishes on how she overcame 26 years of unhealthy habits...
"I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life," Kelly explains. "I truly believe it's the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself."
After rehab, Ozzy's daughter turned to food instead of drugs for comfort and packed on the pounds. At one point she considered having Lap-Band surgery like mom Sharon did, but decided against it.
So the world watched Kelly shed much of those excess pounds during her Dancing With the Stars stint, and she's kept it off the old-fashioned way: through diet and exercise. She now watches what she eats and hits the gym 30 minutes a day.
Not that it's always fun. The skinny minny recently confessed, "I don't care what anyone else says, working out f--king sucks!"
Way to keep it real, Kelly.
