Remember those "creepy, disgusting" photographers that got Nicole Richie so pissed off last month? Well, she's doing something about it.

The former Simple Lifer obtained a court order blocking one such "predatory" paparazzo from coming anywhere near the family—most importantly daughter Harlow's Los Angeles-area preschool.

And she even turned the tables on the so-called stalkerazzo in her court docs.

Included as an exhibit in her filing is a photo of a shutterbug, identified as one Fabricio Luis Mariotto, standing outside Harlow's school armed with his long lens.

"Mariotto drives eratically around my children and others, yells, screams and attempts to scare us so that he can photograph our reaction. He trespasses on preschool property to photograph the children," Nicole states in the court docs.

"He has often left his car in the middle of a busy street just to chase me for a photograph.

"His predatory behavior caused and continues to cause severe emotional distress as I fear for the safety of my children."

Per the terms of the temporary restraining order, Mariotto must keep 100 yeards away from the preschool, as well as the entire family: Richie, nearly 3-year-old Harlow, year-old Sparrow and baby daddy Joel Madden.

Last month, Richie took to her blog to blast the photographers stationed outside Harlow's school, vowing to do a background check on every photog she spotted there.

"Now the entire world can see how creepy and disgusting you are," she wrote. "These are strangers, grown men, stalking young children. You think that's ok?"

She means business.
