ESPN Guy Busted for Kiddie Porn

Good thing Jeremy Green's not an authority on baseball because he'd know way too much about the minors

Apologies to Kermit, but it's not easy being Jeremy Green.

Police in Bristol, Conn., collared the ESPN analyst, who just so happens to also be the son of former NFL coach Dennis Green, on kiddie-porn and drug charges. The bust cost him his job.

The 38-year-old Green, who appeared as an in-studio football commentator and as a contributor to ESPN.com, was taken into custody on a warrant at about 5 p.m. Thursday in a local hotel. He was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He remains in jail pending a $750,000 cash-only bond. Authorities declined to release further information about the case.

A lawyer for Green was unavailable for comment while ESPN has confirmed that Green is no longer employed there.
