Some people are all like, "Hey, Fashion Police! Ease up on starlets who can't dress themselves!" And we say, "Listen up, we do good things for Hollywood, and society, and the world." And look!

As evidence of our positive power, we present to you Paris Hilton at the Venice Film Festival this week. This girl is a model of fashion rehabilitation.

Her silver gown is the perfect cut: a long, sweeping bottom hem and an elegant plunge on that neckline. Her striped clutch purse is a fab but understated accessory—worlds away from a rodent-dog.

Did you ever think we'd attach the word glamorous to Paris Hilton? She clearly heeded our advice and stopped dressing like some Red Bull-swilling tween running through Victoria's Secret.

We've never seen her look better. Let's hope she obeys the rules of her parole and becomes a responsible citizen of the fashion community.
