We don't expect all stars to be whiz mathematicians, but knowing how much money is in 90 pennies shouldn't be a toughie for any of them.

Apparently, this is too much to ask.

When Everybody Loves Raymond's Patricia Heaton appeared on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Monday, we expected the sweet sitcom regular to breeze through her question and earn $50,000 for her selected charities. If Lauren Conrad could do it without batting an eye, this should be a cinch.

Heaton receives a number-muncher that would make those Fifth Graders cackle—"If a Euro is worth $1.50, five Euros is worth what?" Her choices are 30 quarters, 50 dimes, 70 nickels or 90 pennies. This really should be a cakewalk.

She wigs out. "I don't know, I have no idea," she squeals, and immediately takes the lifeline of calling her husband because he's European. He's no help.

Host Regis Philbin finally walks Heaton through the question and, through process of elimination and a couple polite rounds of applause from the studio audience, figures out the answer.

But the math problems don't stop there.

In court documents obtained by Radar Online, the upcoming Middle star is being sued by a former personal assistant.

Jennifer Lee worked for Heaton and her husband, producer David Hunt, from August 2007 to March 2009, when she was allegedly fired. She is suing for unpaid wages, overtime and other funds, as well as wrongful termination.

She's hoping for a jury trial.

We're hoping someone buys Heaton a calculator.
