Whoo! The CW just launched an all-new Gossip Girl promo that is just chock-full of new scenes and scandals, including Serena falling out of her top, Chuck kissing a girl who is not Blair, Nate and his new girl Bree (Joanna Garcia), shirtless Carter Baizen, drunky Georgina and much much more.
The promo is WTF-themed, as in "Watch This Fall," when our favorite Upper East Siders return Sept. 14 at 9 p.m. Are you planning to tune in?
