Daniel Bryan is going through a really tough time.
On Wednesday's Total Bellas episode, Brie Bella opened up about her husband's battle with depression, which has been going on since he was 25 years old.
Brie has been trying her best to be there for her husband since his retirement from WWE, but she's been traveling and working to get ready for WrestleMania, her last match before she herself retires too.
On the episode Brie said that every time she comes home, she sees him "get worse and worse" and that he's "not OK."
"I just don't know what to do," Brie said.
Take a look at the recap to see what else Brie had to say about Bryan and to see more shocking moments from this episode of Total Bellas!
1. John & Bryan Have a Twins Moment:

"It kind of looks like Arnold and Danny Devito, when they were doing Twins," Nikki's mom Kathy tells the men.

2. Bryan Reveals Why He Doesn't Want to Be a WWE Coach:

3. JJ Asks John an "Awkward" Question:
After accompanying Bryan and Nikki to the WWE NXT Performance Center, JJ starts to consider the idea of joining the WWE. JJ currently works for his mom Kathy, but he's been feeling more like an assistant to his mom lately than an employee. So after going to NXT, JJ sits down with John and asks him to put a good word in for him and things get extremely "awkward."
"It's sort of awkward asking, but I don't know if you could put a good word in cause...you're sort of the face of the company," JJ says.
"What do you mean by that?" John replies.
"Just to...like...give an athletic guy an opportunity," JJ tells him.
But John says he doesn't "understand" what JJ means.
"At NXT," JJ explains.
John tells JJ he already "played" his card because he would've brought him to NXT and then let JJ do the rest.
After the conversation JJ says it was "probably one of the most awkward moments" of his life.
4. Brie Opens Up About Bryan's Depression:
Brie hasn't spoken to her sister Nikki about Bryan's depression, but when the two are spending time together, the topic of Bryan's struggles comes up and Brie talks openly with her sister about Bryan's depression for the first time.

5. JJ Receives 20 Percent of JBN:
After an explosive argument with her son over him possibly leaving the company, Kathy has made a decision. While at dinner with the family, Kathy makes a surprise announcement.
"So there was a lot of things that were brought to my attention with my son, that I was a little bit demanding and asked for too many favors," Kathy begins. "And I really thought about it and so what I wanna toast is that I recognize your hard work, I recognize your commitment to JBN and I want you to know that I can't do it without you. So here's to 20 percent of JBN."
After hearing this news, JJ says he's "excited beyond belief."
6. Brie Thinks Bryan Needs Therapy:
To try to help Bryan "release" his anxiety, Brie plans a special trip to snorkel with manatees. Brie explains that whenever the two of them are in nature or around animals Bryan goes into a "happy place."
But even after they snorkel, the topic of Bryan's career comes up and he explains why he doesn't think he would want a job in the WWE where he wasn't wrestling.
"Wasn't that so much fun?" Brie says of snorkeling. "You look like you were in your element, instead of trying to find some other job in wrestling, which I know Nicole thinks is great because it's you being around it."
Brie continues, "I know you and I think it would break your heart more because you want to be in the ring and for you to be outside the ring and around it would be hard."
"If I stay in wrestling, what goal am I working towards?" Bryan asks.
"Right, you can't let this brain go to waste," Brie tells him.
"Brain's already wasting away, my brain's already wasting away," Bryan says.
Brie then explains, "He is in that dark place, Bryan is not OK. I honestly feel that what he needs is therapy, every week when I come home I'm seeing him get worse and worse and I just don't know what to do. Do I retire right now and not do WrestleMania? Or do I fulfill what I worked so hard the last decade for? I just have no idea what to do."
