Get ready for mutants on the small screen.
Fox has released the first trailer for The Gifted, its new Marvel X-Men series for the fall that comes from uber-director Bryan Singer.
The Gifted centers on two ordinary parents (Stephen Moyer and Amy Acker) who discover their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.
As you can see for the first trailer above, The Gifted looks pretty darn epic...and expensive.
The series also stars Sean Teale (playing Eclipse), Jamie Chung (playing Blink) and Blair Redford (playing Thunderbird).
The Gifted is the latest series set within the X-Men world to hit the small screen, as Legion debuted on FX earlier this year.
