Monochromatic makeup is having a huge moment right now.
Luckily, the technique is just as the name implies: keeping your lids, cheek and lips all in one shade range. You already know about matching your mascara color to your eyeliner shade from last week's freeSTYLE episode, but now celebrity makeup artist Melissa Murdick is getting into even more detail. Although only using one color for a full face of makeup sounds like it may be challenging, it's actually the exact opposite. Not sure where to start? Simply pick a color that looks good with your skin tone.
Hint: Pinks and nudes generally look great on everyone!
Melissa's pro tip: Keep it minimal. Opt for sheer eye and cheek products and then balance it out with a more saturated lip product.
