Kim Zolciak-Biermann has been vocal about her plastic surgery, but this is one procedure she vows she never signed up for.

While appearing with her husband Kroy Biermann on Watch What Happens Live, the Bravo reality star was called into question over her nose. According to host Andy Cohen, it looks a lot different from nearly a decade ago.

To prove his point, the host put up a split screen comparing a photo of Kim from season one of Real Housewives of Atlanta and her face today.

"You don't think that nose is a little different, Kim?" he asked her. "The tip is not different?" The reality star was adamant—no, her nose is the same.

"There's no makeup—look at the nose...everything's kind of changed," she retorted. "If I'm going to have a nose job, it's going to be a hell of a lot shorter."

This is not the first time Cohen has bugged the star about her plastic surgery past. A few months earlier during her last visit to the show, he shared the most-asked question from viewers—why so many lip injections for her and her daughter?

"First of all, Brielle is an adult. She's almost 20, so talk to her," she told Cohen. As for herself, "Why not? Shoot it up."

Previously, Zolciak-Biermann has also admitted to having a tummy tuck and breast augmentation.

"I had a boob job and I've had a hernia fixed," the Real Housewives of Atlanta star told E! News in May. "I had a pretty big hernia from the twins, so I said just do a tummy tuck, which is kinda the same thing, just make the skin really tight. But that doesn't change my size. I'm the same size I was the day I walked into surgery, I'm just a little bit tighter looking."

"I will always nip and tuck if I feel the need to do so, but I'm open about it. I don't care," she added. "You only go around one time, and I especially understand that. And life is very short, so there's no reason for me to lie."
