Want to get Victoria's Secret show-fit like Karlie Kloss and Taylor Hill

If you're feeling extra-inspired, the annual runway show is right around the corner, airing tomorrow night!), allow us to introduce you to modelFIT.

If you haven't been looped in, it's the go-to workout for a handful of the VS models. It's so effective, in fact, even non-angels like Taylor Swift and Chrissy Teigen do it, too. It's certainly gotten a lot of buzz, but if you don't know the details, the workout might seem a little elusive.

So why are the stars so hooked?

When the LA studio opened, just earlier this month, we immediately took a fieldtrip to the trendy West Hollywood location to investigate. Upon arrival at the sleek, neatly organized space, we were greeted by the founder, Vanessa Packer, and instructor Sarah Rector.

According to Vanessa, the modelFIT lifestyle is part mindset and part workout. Fitting, since she launched her own career as a nutritionist, and the studio also offers personalized nutrition coaching. "I felt like there was nothing out there that really felt aesthetically beautiful and inviting in terms of fitness that also incorporated a nutritional aspect," shared the pro.

As for the classes, there are three of them: Cardio Sculpt, Dance Cardio and Sculpt. You'll rarely find yourself doing the same move twice—expect to torch calories with beginner-to-advanced level sequences that require just a touch of coordination. Props like ankle weights, Pilates rings, resistance bands, Bosu balls and free weights sufficiently line the studio's back wall. They're all there to help target hard-to-reach areas like the underbutt, lower abs and love handles.

Each class is a full-body workout. "All of our classes are centered upon results that offer lean muscle definition, increased energy and better stability especially with consistent training," assured the owner. Like any other workout, four to five times a week is optimal but, in case you're wondering, a monthly membership at the LA studio isn't cheap—it's going to run you $425 a month or $32 a class.

But with endorsements from the Victoria's Secret angels themselves, we won't hold it against you.

After all: "It's the healthiest kind of addiction," joked Vanessa.
