Kristen Wiig still gets "freakin' effin' excited."

The actress returned to Saturday Night Live for the first time in two years and brought back a fan-favorite character.

No, not Gilly. Sue the Surprise Lady!

Wiig reprised the role in a Thanksgiving-themed sketch that sees Cecily Strong's character hosting a holiday dinner and announcing that she and the guests are going to surprise her mother by the sudden appearance of her son Paul, who is home from military duty. Naturally, Sue loses her damn mind over this.

"Oh...my....God!" she says. "It's a surprise? And there's a plan? She doesn't know it?"

Cast member Leslie Jones nearly breaks character trying not to laugh as Wiig does her thing.

This marked the first time the actress, a former SNL cast member, has appeared on the sketch comedy series since 2014 and the first time she has hosted the show since 2013.

During Saturday's episode, Wiig also played a Whiskers R We cat lady alongside Kate McKinnon's recurring character.

A "cut-for-time" SNL video also sees Wiig playing a woman presenting a totally bizarre array of Thanksgiving dishes.

"Mmm, stuffing martinis, yes please."

The musical guest was The xx, who performed their tracks "On Hold" and "I Dare You."

Emma Stone will host the next new episode of SNL, which will air Dec. 3, and will be joined by musical guest Shawn Mendes.
