Sometimes the best part of reality TV is what you can walk away with and use in everyday life: a catchphrase.

Reality TV, game shows and competition shows have been giving viewers the gift of catchphrases for as long as we can remember. Whether Paris Hilton is declaring, "That's hot," or the cast of Jersey Shore is saying "GTL" before getting ready to go out, fans have been given an entirely new vernacular. 12. "Bible"—The equivalent of the word "promise," the Kardashians say "Bible" because no one can lie on a Bible.

11. "Your tribe has spoken"—If you were a contestant on Survivor, this was the last thing you wanted to hear.

10. "Cabs are here!"—Jersey Shore's Pauly D was always ready to announce when it was time to head out for a night in Seaside Heights.
