Don't worry, Ariana Grande, you did just fine.

The singer playfully lamented that the game was "too hard," but she still charmed E! News' Sibley Scoles when she took the E!Q in 42. The two chatted over the summer about the launch of Grande's second MAC Viva Glam collaboration, which launched in September with all of the proceeds going to HIV/AIDS research.

So, the girl couldn't help it if she was focused on the mission at hand. She had makeup on her mind! Asked what she never left home without—her Viva Glam, of course. "The dope pinky-purple ones" are her favorites, for the record.

But even though Grande was mostly eager to show off the orchid-pink lipstick and mauve Lipglass on display, we got some good info—check out the video to learn a few things you did not know about the "Break Free" artist.

Meanwhile, since the debut of her MAC collection last month, Grande has been performing up a storm, including at the MTV VMAs and the Hollywood Bowl a few weeks ago at the We Can Survive benefit show, and she's featured on two new movie soundtracks.

"They Don't Know" is on the Justin Timberlake-masterminded soundtrack for Trolls, which opened last Friday, and she accompanied Stevie Wonder on his new tune "Faith," from the upcoming Sing, in theaters Dec. 21.

"Beyond honored to be on this song with the incredible Stevie Wonder," Grande tweeted a few days ago.

Next up, she and Nicki Minaj will perform "Side to Side" at the 2016 American Music Awards on Nov. 20, joining a lineup that includes Shawn Mendes, John Legend, Fifth Harmony, Lady Gaga, Green Day and Bruno Mars.

Viva la glam life, indeed.
