Kate Middleton is stepping out in support of a cause near to her heart.

The Duchess of Cambridge walked the red carpet at the premiere of A Street Cat Named Bob in London Thursday night, a film benefiting Action On Addiction. Middleton has supported the philanthropic organization, which provides outreach and treatment to those struggling with addiction, since 2012.

True to form, the stunning Royal looked just as glamorous as ever in a white floor-length gown with lace and pleat detailings by Self-Portrait. Kate posed for photos throughout the evening, showing off the ensemble's thigh-high split. Ooh la la!

Middleton accessorized the chic look with burgundy-colored pumps and a matching clutch, as well as a dainty floral broach. As for her beauty routine, Kate curled her brunette locks in loose waves and rocked her signature natural smokey eye.

Not unlike most of the pieces in Middleton's wardrobe, the $640 dress seemingly sold out instantly.

Ahead of the screening, Kate mixed and mingled with the film's stars, including Bob the cat himself! In a Twitter video shared by Kensington Palace, Kate is practically giddy as she pets the adorable feline. Too cute!

Middleton's appearance marks the second time she's brought royal glam to a Hollywood film opening. Just over a year ago, she joined Prince William at the world premiere of the latest James Bond movie, Spectre, in London.

All in a day's work for Kate!

A Street Cat Named Bob hits U.K. theaters Nov. 4 and lands in the U.S. Nov. 18.
