One day before millions of Americans would hit the streets for some trick or treating fun, Mariah Carey headed to dinner for her own festive night out.
E! News can confirm the "Obsessed" singer traveled to Jessica Biel's Au Fudge in West Hollywood where the fun began the minute she walked in.
Mariah and her 12 guests including "dem babies" Monroe and Moroccan enjoyed the restaurant's amenities that included the irresistible marketplace. A source told E! News that the Las Vegas performer purchased Au Fudge's trademark cat ears and couldn't help but wear them when leaving the restaurant.
In addition, the singer's twins were spotted in the property's creative space where kids decorated Seedling masks and participated in other artwork projects. "Mariah said thank you so much and absolutely loved it," our source added.
The singer's evening out is the latest public outing that may prove the Grammy winner is staying strong after her breakup with James Packer.
Earlier in the weekend, Mariah joined a few close pals for a meal at the Hollywood hotspot Catch where she enjoyed sushi and quality girl time. "She was with friends and dancing and singing and having a blast," a source shared with E! News.
And when it comes to celebrating Halloween, Mariah started off the spooky celebrations days ago at her holiday party with Nick Cannon, Tamar Braxton and more special guests.
While Mariah may be putting on a brave face in recent days, a source spoke to E! News and shed some light on the singer's mindset amid her public breakup. As it turns out, the proud mom was "blindsided" by the split and learned of the news via the press.
"Everything she has done over the past year is to prove how fully committed she is to their life together," our insider shared. "She really wanted this to work."
