Even from prison, Joe Giudicestill found a way to celebrate Teresa Giudiceon their wedding anniversary.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is currently serving a 41-month sentence for fraud, a sentence he began three months after his wife spent nearly a year behind bars. Since then, Teresa has remained strong for the couple's four daughters, but it's presumably never easy when celebratory milestones roll around.

Teresa took to Instagram Sunday morning with an update for her followers, sharing photos of multiple bouquets of flowers and handwritten notes sent to their home from Joe in honor of spending 17 years together.

"What a surprise got these beautiful roses from Joe for our Anniversary today October 23, 1999. I spent 17 years married with man that I know my whole life pretty amazing adore and love him," the Bravo mainstay captioned the moment.

She wrote alongside a separate snapshot, "I also just got more flowers for our 17 Year Wedding Anniversary!!! Love my honey"

Ahead of their anniversary, E! News caught up with Teresa about their plans to meet in person. "I don't know if I'm going to go and see him that day, just because I have to check my girls' schedule," Teresa told us last week. "We put our kids first. Then I'll probably go see him the following day."

"He said he had a surprise for me, and that he wrote me a song," Teresa added. "I gotta pitch it out there: He wants John Legend to sing it to me. So, we'll see. You never know!"

As for how Joe is adjusting to prison, the Giudice family attorney, James Leonard Jr., told E! News exclusively in June, "Joe is doing fine. I know he misses Teresa and his daughters very much, but he is strong and he will get through this just like Teresa did."

The 44-year-old is leaning on Teresa, also 44, for support during his sentence: She is "a rock for [Joe], as he was a rock for her," Leonard recently told us. "They're a very strong family and they're holding together the best they can."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays, 8 p.m. on Bravo.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family).
