Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have reunited on the West Coast.

The "Ultralight Beam" rapper surfaced in Los Angeles Friday afternoon, one day after his reality star wife stepped out publicly in her hometown for the first time following the Parisian robbery. Kanye's latest appearance also marks the first time he's been spotted in L.A. after Kim's involvement in the life-threatening Oct. 2 incident.

A source recently told E! News West is "so supportive" of Kim and "has been by her side when he isn't working and calling her nonstop to check in on her." Currently on the road for his Saint Pablo tour, the hip hop artist's most recent touchdown in the City of Angels was especially brief.

On Wednesday, Kanye took the stage in Winnipeg, Canada for a concert, later returning to presumably visit Kim during his two days off. West is set to perform for our Northern neighbors later this evening in Edmonton, followed by a Vancouver pit stop on Oct. 17. He'll take his show back to Los Angeles on Oct. 25 to kick off his three-night stint at The Forum in Inglewood.

As for the 35-year-old mother of two, an onlooker revealed to E! News that Kim looked "somber" and "incognito" as she headed into an Italian restaurant Thursday evening.

"She was with security," the insider told E! News exclusively. "She made a brief, 30-minute trip to a restaurant in Beverly Hills. She was with a female friend and looked very downcast and somber, not wanting to be seen."

Kim opted for a black sweatshirt with a hood and tennis shoes, keeping her head down as she quickly came and went from the location.

The last time Kim was photographed was when she left the New York City apartment she stayed in with West during the week after her return to the United States.

A source also told us Kardashian has a "long way to recover," and that her toughest times are when she's not surrounded by Kanye and the rest of her family. "Kim is very paranoid still when she is alone. She has been having flashbacks and hasn't been sleeping well," the insider explained. "Her security is always around her now."

When it comes to picking up the pieces, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star hopes time will help her move past the robbery trauma. "She is hoping with time it all gets better. Now it's is about recovering and being around the people she loves and trusts," the source added.

"Being around her children is the biggest distraction for her mind. North West is aware her mom is sad and not herself, but Kanye and Kim are trying not to talk about it around her."
