Drake is having a really bad day and that hurts our hearts.

The rapper was forced to postpone three upcoming concerts due to an ankle injury he suffered recently, and he's feeling absolutely "crushed" to have to do so.

He released a statement on his October's Very Own blog to apologize to fans and promise to come back stronger.

"We are over 50 shows in and I have done everything to power through my recent ankle injury and leave it all out there on the stage every night," he wrote. "I hate to be told I can't do something, but under doctor's orders to allow me time to recuperate I am being forced to postpone the intense three shows in a row in cities which have only ever shown me unconditional support."

He noted he will be postponing his shows in Toronto (his hometown), Philadelphia and one of the two Newark.

"I am crushed to even be typing this announcement because I feel like I am letting my fans in these cities down," he added. "I only want to give you the best show you deserve, I promise- I will make it up to you."

Finally, he concluded, "Thank you for your understanding and I can't wait to see you all again with new music and a stronger ankle."

We're sure the rapper will come back with some amazing surprises for his fans in those cities, considering the insane list of guests he's invited on the tour—which kicked off in July—so far.

Just last week, he took the stage with Big Sean, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube at the Los Angeles Forum. He's also invited huge names like Eminem, Kanye West and Lil Wayne on stage during previous shows. Of course, we also can't forget the many times Rihanna surprised fans by joining him for their several collaborations together, including "Work" and "Too Good."

We're wishing him a swift recovery!
