Just days after E! News confirmed that the Gossip Girl star gave birth to her second child, Blake headed to Instagram where she revealed her plans for Sunday Funday.
"Most beautiful bride on the planet," she wrote while kissing her gal pal. "And the best friend I could ask for. @jessicarose617 thank you for being EVERYTHING. I love you."
And instead of focusing on her own outfit, the actress decided to give credit where credit is due to the bride who was wearing a dress from Marchesa and jewelry from both Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira.
"@jessicarose617 's KILLER details..." Blake gushed with a close up shot of her friend's dress and new bling.
A source later revealed to E! News that Blake was only at the wedding for a short time. Nonetheless, our source says the actress wanted to send her well wishes to the bride in person.
As many fans know, the celebration comes just days after Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds became a family of four. While the sex and name of their baby remain secret for now, an insider shared with E! News that both mom and dad are "so excited."
Back in August, E! News got to chat with Ryan while he was partnering up with Eddie Bauer and American Forests for the One Tree Initiative. At the time, the Deadpool star joked about the limitations one has when pregnant.
"My wife is just extraordinarily pregnant right now, so there's not a lot of hiking in her immediate future—nor do I think it's going to happen the second she gives birth, either," Ryan joked to E! News. "I'm told there's some recuperation that's needed."
