That acne solution you've been searching for has been in your fridge the whole time.

Waking up to what feels and looks like a volcano-sized pimple on your chin is a straight up nightmare. Amirite? Well, drop whatever ointment or toothpaste you normally use and swap that stuff for some Greek yogurt. (Yes, really.)

Multiple studies have found hard-working bacterium that contain healing chemicals (which help reduce inflammation, kill bacteria, lessen the severity of your latest breakout and even nourish your skin cells from the inside out) in your morning meal.

In addition to those acne-fighting ingredients, lactic acid also lives in Greek yogurt and that plays a huge part in the killing of bacteria as well as the cleansing and nourishing of your skin. Oh, and it helps boost collagen and elastin production within the deeper layers, too...what more could you want?
