The ongoing police standoff with Chris Brown just got a lot more complicated.

Nia Guzman's attorney Carl Anthony Moore tells E! News that their daughter, Royalty, was with her famous father when the alleged felony assault incident took place at his Tarzana home.

The lawyer also explained that the 2-year-old was subsequently taken to school this morning and once news broke of the alleged incident, Guzman picked her up and ensured she was taken to a safe place.

Meanwhile, Brown's attorney Mark Geragos tells E! News: "That is categorically untrue. She wasn't and isn't here."

Brown found himself at the center of a criminal assault investigation after a woman, who TMZ has now identified as Baylee Curran, called 911 claiming that the singer was threatening her with a gun.

The Los Angeles Police Department is currently at Brown's home and is speaking with guests at his estate in the front yard and driveway area.

NBC News reported that Brown did not initially cooperate with authorities and has refused to come out of his home.

Police on the scene were then told that they needed a warrant to enter the property lawfully, they have since obtained said warrant.

In a lengthy video on Instagram, Brown appeared frustrated and angry at this morning's allegations.

"When I call the police for stalker people that are endangering my life they don't come till the next day, let somebody make a f--ked up allegation about me and OH you get a whole f--king swat team...I'm innocent, f--k everybody in this s--t," he continued. "I am father. I am one of the best entertainers out here without bragging and saying woe is me I don't' get enough credit..So at the end of the day im tired of this s--t, I'm up at 6,7 something in the morning talking this s--t for something I didn't do. How would you feel? F--k this fame s--t."
