Like, are we going to get sick?

We all loved Chipotle until we didn't. Up until it started sending its customers to the hospital, it sold the burrito of champions perfect for those drunk nights where you bro'd out a little too hard. The memories are fond, but for many people, they just can't go back. Chipotle pulled out all the stops trying to get customers to love them again, and this might be its last hope. Instead of offering up another coupon for free food, they're opening up another store entirely. No, not another Chipotle, not even another burrito place. According to Eater, it's a burger joint. Yes. Let that soak in. Chipotle is opening a burger place.

Here's What Chipotle Did to Prove Their Food Won't Accidentally Kill You

As we mentioned earlier, we have so many questions. First things first. Why? Second, why? Third, why!? One failed burrito chain does not a new burger joint make! What's to say the same problems Chipotle faced like E. coli and charging us extra for guac, won't occur at Tasty Made? Yes, their burger restaurant is called Tasty Made, which is kind of funny considering Chipotle's non-tasty recent history. The restaurant will open in Lancaster, Ohio and feature burgers (of course), fries, and shakes. How very In-N-Out of them!

Eater notes, according to their press release, "Tasty Made will use Responsibly Raised brand beef (from animals that are raised in more humane ways and without the use of antibiotics or added hormones), shakes made with real ingredients including milk, cream, sugar, eggs and other natural ingredients, and fresh-made buns that are free of preservatives, dough conditioners and other artificial ingredients." Alright. Fair enough. BUT. Will they accidentally put us in the hospital? Will our faces be in a toilet? Are people even brave enough to try it? Good luck out there Ohio!
