David Foster doesn't want to have to pay spousal support to his ex, Yolanda Hadid, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

The famed music producer asked the court not to grant any support to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, but the documents also request Hadid not be responsible for any spousal payments either. Hadid and Foster officially filed for divorce after four years of marriage, but announced they were separating in December.

At the time of the filing, Hadid requested spousal support and legal fees from Foster.

Although it was said that her Lyme disease played a role in the split, Hadid clarified those rumors while opening up about her divorce on Watch What Happens Live. "You can't underestimate how much it takes for a man to take care of somebody that's sick all of the time. David didn't change; I'm the one that changed. And I guess this is the outcome of that," Hadid said.

When host Andy Cohen asked about the criticism Foster received "for not wanting to be with you while you were sick," she defended him, saying, "I don't think anybody should criticize that."

Despite their amicable split, Hadid admitted she was "blindsided."

"I didn't think that was the end of the road," she shared. "I would have hoped to wait until I got 100 percent well."

Foster also addressed the rumors, telling E! News that a lot of "baseless information" about his "thoughts and feelings" had been spreading like wildfire. "I have always had and continue to have the utmost respect and love for Yolanda, which is why it is so frustrating to see headlines questioning her chronic debilitating illness," he told us.

"I have been by Yolanda's side over the past four years to the best of my ability as she battled with the complexities of her Lyme diagnosis. I am incredibly proud of Yolanda's determination and mission to find a cure, and how brave and open she has been by sharing her story in the hopes of changing the future for others."
