It was quite an early Mother's Day surprise when Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian announced Friday she is pregnant with their first baby together.
This will be the second child for the glamour model, who shares a 3-year-old son King with ex Tyga, and the first for Rob. The news comes less than four months after the two stepped out together as a couple for the first time.
Blac Chyna is in her second trimester of pregnancy and has told King he is going to be a big brother, a source close to the model told E! News exclusively.
How Did They Keep the Pregnancy a Secret? Well, it couldn't have been that easy for Blac Chyna to keep a pregnancy under wraps. Over the past months, she has been photographed in public often—and often while wearing revealing outfits—and has offered no hints about the baby news. And given that it's relatively early in her pregnancy, she also has not shown a conclusive baby bump.
Blac Chyna and Rob have been seen going out on dates and she also made several club appearances, at home in Los Angeles and also in Atlanta and New York City. The two revealed their engagement in mid-April and celebrated it at a strip club.
During a club appearance in March, she was spotted with a glass in her hand while sitting with friends at a VIP table adorned with alcoholic beverages. She herself did not drink alcohol, E! News has learned.
In March, Rob and Blac Chyna jetted off for a romantic getaway to Jamaica.
Blac Chyna was most recently spotted with friends this week at Rihanna's concert in Los Angeles. She camouflaged any trace of a baby bump with black and white vertically striped pants, paired with a shiny red moto jacket and sheer black blouse.
Blac Chyna is also very active on social media, often posting on Instagram and Snapchat, where she likes to include videos of herself, her son and Rob. Of course, in addition to attending parties, the two have also enjoyed romantic nights at home—Sonic the Hedgehog marathons and pregnancy are a winning combo.
Here is what else we know about Blac Chyna's pregnancy:
Kardashian Family Bonding: Blac was recently spotted with Rob and his sister Kim Kardashian, and also hung out with his sister Kylie Jenner, who is dating Tyga. The dynamics had caused some tension.
"Kim and Kylie were welcoming to Chyna before they heard about the baby news," a source told E! News. "They are happy for Rob."
"She always loved them and was very close to the family before they all had a falling out," another source previously said about Blac Chyna. "Kim was like a sister to her...Blac would like to get back to where things were with them and thinks that their families will start blending more in light of the news and how happy Rob is."
Kim was the one who encouraged Blac and Kylie to work out their differences as well, E! News had learned. Blac Chyna and Kylie talked about Tyga as well as Rob's happiness.
A third source told E! News Rob's sisters started to embrace Blac Chyna after they found out she was pregnant and that they are trying to put any drama behind them and move forward as a family.
Morning Sickness: While she appears to be a very active person, Blac Chyna has suffered the worst effect of the first trimester.
"Chyna had a bit of morning sickness and felt pretty tired but is doing OK," the first source said.
Is the Baby a Girl or a Boy? The source also told E! News the two have found out the sex of their baby and "will reveal it soon enough."
The Godmother: "Black Chyna wants Amber Rose to be the godmother of her baby," the source added, referring to the model's BFF.
Rob and Chyna Are Already Nesting: "Rob and Chyna will be getting one of the rooms in his house all ready for the baby," the source said.
