The Eyes Have It

Step 1: For the vintage rock chick look, the lashes were thickly lined with Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Eyeshadow Pencil in Black Diamonds and then thinly lined with black eyeliner.

Step 2: Create a smokey, silver-grey eye with the Charlotte Tilbury Rock Chick Luxury Palette.

Step 3: Finish with black mascara on the top and bottom lashes.

Step 2: Fill in your lips with a deep berry color (Poppy used Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution in Glastonberry).
