Michael Weatherly's Tony DiNozzo is leaving NCIS with a bang, alright—and he's putting up a fight.

E! News has gotten a hold of the newest promo for the final three episodes of season 13, and you can see Tony get into a physical altercation in the short clip.

"Tony is at a crossroads," NCIS showrunner Gary Glasberg tells E! News of the events leading up to Weatherly's departure. "He really has to make some really significant decisions, big enough that would pull him away from his NCIS family.

The video, which you can watch above, also features the first clip of First Lady Michelle Obama in her upcoming guest appearance. FLOTUS granted NCIS permission to film inside the White House—the first non-news production to earn that particular privilege—for her guest spot promoting Joining Forces, the organization she founded with Dr. Jill Biden that gives support to the families of service members and veterans.

Showrunner Glasberg tells us that after scheduling wouldn't work out to allow Obama to fly to Los Angeles to film her guest spot, she invited the production to film in her house instead—you know, the White House.

"The West Wing filmed outside, other shows have filmed outside but we actually went in and had an extraordinary day filming this scene," he says. "She was just wonderful and welcoming and I can't thank her enough for what she did for our crew. And then we did a couple of scenes outside the White House as well. It was a special day for us. And at the end of the day it's all about this organization and the support of this organization and we're happy to do it."

The last three episodes of the season will see the NCIS team join up with the FBI and MI6 to find an escaped British spy who is targeting current and former agents—and introduce us to the two potential new members of the NCIS team, FBI agent Tess Monroe (Sarah Clarke) and MI6 operative Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry).

NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
