It's a question that's plagued us for years. How the hell can we spend less time deciding what to watch on Netflix? Can this somehow qualify as the 8th wonder of the world? For real, though. Thankfully, a new app named MightyTV has graciously come to our rescue. Brian Adams, CEO, and co-founder of the app said, "We designed a new algorithm for personalization that learns about you in real-time and has the ability to combine your taste with friends to help you find new video together. You'll spend less time looking and more time watching video you love." Sounds like music to our eyes.

Here's how it works: When you first open the app, you're presented with a slew of films and shows. Users are prompted to swipe right if you like it and left if you don't. If you haven't seen a movie or don't want to rate it, there's an option to swipe up and skip it for the time being. If you really dig a particular show or film, swipe a little to the right and hold, and the app will mark that choice as something you love as opposed to just like. The more you swipe, the better recommendations you will get. We all know you're probably not going to meet the love of your life thumbing through Tinder, so why not focus on your beautiful, long-term relationship with Netflix? Imagine the joys of swiping right and seeing your favorite shows, instead of another slime-ball who still lives with their parents. Y'all feel me?

Aside from learning your preferences, the app lets you create watchlists and see what content is trending in the app and amongst your friends. To connect with people you know, users should log in with Facebook. From there you can see how your friends rated shows and films, and, use the ultimate Netflix and chill feature the app has to offer. Let us explain the glory of MightyTV's "Mashup."

The next time you and a group of pals are struggling to decide what to Netflix and chill to, MightyTV can help. The app combines your film and TV preferences with those of your friends and generates an entire playlist for you and your pals to watch based on everyone's likes and dislikes. You can use the mashup feature with up to 10 friends at a time, as long as they are connected to the app.

All that being said, are you ready to spend less time deciding what to watch, and more time actually watching? Are you fed up with going through withdrawal after your favorite show ends? Peace out on all of those troubles. It looks like MightyTV will be by your side with on-point recommendations ready and waiting for you. It isn't just for Netflix users either. You can search and play titles from services like Hulu, Amazon, HBO, and Youtube. The app notes, "You can easily filter by TV and movies, service provider, or price range, and stream content right from your favorite mobile device or cast to your Apple TV, and Chromecast." Oh, and did we mention that once you've settled on a title, you can start watching in one click? You never have to leave your couch again, and we approve this message.
