The 31-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and the 36-year-old former NBA player spent a whirlwind mini-vacation in New York with her family and flew out of the city Friday. During their trip, they attended Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 fashion show, marking Odom's first celebrity appearance since he suffered an overdose in October.
Khloe has helped take care of Odom and has often spent time with him since his health scare. The two, who wed in 2009, stopped divorce proceedings after he was hospitalized. At the time, she was still dating NBA star James Harden. E! News learned earlier this week they had broken up.
The questions many fans are pondering are where do Khloe and Odom stand today? Are they going to get back together?
"That's not a priority right now for Khloe," a source told E! News exclusively. "Her top priority and main focus is Lamar's recovery and well-being. Their relationship status comes after that. He needs her right now regardless of anything."
"Khloe never stopped loving Lamar," the source added.
During their trip, she barely left his side. They two spent a lot of their time from her family members, the source added, saying she not want to "overwhelm him with things to do while they were there."
"Khloe is overprotective of him and is always careful about pushing him too much," the source said.

Aug. 14, 2015: Khloe is visibly startled when Odom suddenly approaches her outside a SoulCycle class in Beverly Hills. She refuses to talk to him.
Oct. 13, 2015: Odom is found unconscious at a Nevada brothel and is hospitalized. It is later revealed he suffered a drug overdose. Khloe rushes to his side and helps manage his care. She also arranges for his father, his ex and their two children to fly in to see him. He is later put into a coma. Doctors tell Odom's family he likely suffered multiple strokes. There are fears he may have brain damage.
Oct. 16, 2015: Odom wakes up from his coma and is able to breathe on his own. He tells Khloe, "Hey, baby."
Oct. 19, 2015: Odom's health continues to improve but he will need a lot of rehab, E! News learns. He is discharged from the Nevada hospital and airlifted to a medical center in Los Angeles. Khloe accompanies him on his trip.
Oct. 21, 2015: E! News learns Khloe and Odom have called off their divorce, which had yet to be signed and finalized by a judge.
Oct. 28, 2015: When asked about getting back together with Odom, Khloe says, "That's not in our thought process right now."
