Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid appear to be well aware of how hot they look together.

The 23-year-old British singer released his debut solo single "Pillowtalk" early Friday, more than 10 months after leaving One Direction, along with a steamy music video that shows him packing on the PDA with model Gigi Hadid, 20.

While the two have yet to confirm an official relationship publicly, they have been spending quite a bit of quality time together over the past month, including in pics posted on their Instagram pages. The cuteness continued on Twitter Friday with an exchange of super flirty tweets, with Hadid posting a string of fire emojis.

Malik was asked in a recent Apple Music Beats 1 interview about his new "relationship." Without naming names, he said he and his new partner are "good friends."

A source told E! News earlier this month Malik and Hadid "have been hanging out more and more lately, but they are not ready to announce to the public that they are an exclusive couple just yet, even though they have made it official between each other."

"They were friends first and it has turned into more of a relationship at this point," the source said.

"Pillowtalk" is the first single from his upcoming debut solo album, Mind of Mine, which is set for release in March.

Malik revealed in his Beats 1 interview other tracks include "Befour," "She" and "Wrong," which is "all about looking in the wrong place for love." Malik and Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards, 22, split and ended their two-year engagement last summer.

"Are you the kind of guy that can profess his feelings to someone in conversation or do you hold it back for a song?" Ryan Seacrest asked him on his KIIS-FM radio show, On-Air With Ryan Seacrest Friday.

"Um, you know what, I think the best way to describe the type of person that I am is an 'introvert-extrovert' and I think that's because I do kind of, not consciously, make that decision but I do that in life, I do find it hard sometimes, you know, to express myself in normal situations or whatever."

Malik also told Seacrest he has no Valentine's Day plans "yet."

"Maybe I'll go bowling or something," he said.
