Charlie Sheen's troubles continue.

His ex-wife, Denise Richards, has filed court documents that claim her ex-husband isn't following through with the terms of a trust he set up for his children. In the documents, obtained by E! News, Richards claims Sheen told her if she and the kids moved into the house next door to him they wouldn't be evicted. Taking into consideration his HIV-positive diagnosis and his desire to "repair his relationship with his children," Richards agreed.

But over the past few years, Sheen became hostile and aggressive, according to Richards. The Drop Dead Gorgeous star claims shortly before Christmas 2013 the Anger Management star threatened to take away his kids' presents, allegedly saying, "I'm giving all your gifts including the air hockey table to the homeless." It was then that she claims he began to threaten to evict them.

This past September Richards claims Sheen removed her and their children out of their home, forcing them to rent a house for $15,000/month. The actress is requesting the judge rule that Sheen has to pay $1.2 million toward a new home.

Richards also claims Sheen sent her and her children scathing text messages, including one to daughter Lola Rose Sheen which allegedly said, "Have a merry Xmas with your loser f--k s--t mom ... your dad is a rock star genius ... your mom is a puss wart."

Richards' rep tells E! News, "Denise is fighting for her children. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. This is about him providing for the children as he agreed to do."

But Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer tells E! News, "It is disappointing that Denise Richards always tries to use the children to get more money for HER. This has nothing to do with the extra gift that Charlie gave to his girls by establishing a trust. She has another $7 million home that was paid for from the money Charlie gave her and she wants Charlie to pay another $35,000/month for a second home and pay a down payment of $1.2 million."

He adds, "$55,000/month tax free is not enough. This matter is simply money, money, money."

Richards also spoke out about the ordeal on Twitter.
