We've got a frontrunner!

The Bachelor finally returned earlier this week, kicking off Ben Higgins' televised journey to pick his future wife from 28 hopefuls. And while it seems hard to make a real impression on the 27-year-old Bachelor on the first night, Olivia, a news anchor who left her job to join the show, was able to do just that, receiving the coveted First Impression rose.

"From the first night, we have a great connection," Olivia exclusively told E! News' Zuri Hall while on a quick breather during the group date she'll go on with Ben and five of the other ladies in episode two, airing Jan. 12. "I was lucky to get the First Impression rose, so it was really cool."

When we asked what she liked best about Bem, Olivia gushed, "He's so passionate. His heart and his insides are as amazing as his outer beauty. He cares about people. All of the things that are important to me are important to him—his values, he's grounded."

But does Olivia have a game plan in place to keep her connection with Ben going? Well, she has two goals in mind: "Making eye contact and just laughing," Olivia dished.

Oh, and sniffing. Yes, really!

On the group date, Ben will take several of the ladies to a "Love Lab," which will feature all of the ladies smelling Ben to find who has the strongest connection with him. Talk about an awkward first date! But Olivia was totally into it, telling us, ""He smells amazing. He smells unreal."

And it seems like Ben is just as into Olivia. When he visited the E! News Studio earlier this week, he chose her as the hottest contestant when he played our rapid-fire game!

The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
