Alyssa Milano Returns to Short Haircut for 43rd Birthday and Channels Elizabeth Taylor

The actress had also sported short hair about 12 years ago, while appearing on Charmed

Alyssa Milano is treating herself for her 43rd birthday...to a new look.

Well, not exactly a new look. The actress posted on her Instagram page on Saturday a mirror selfie showing her with a pixie cut, complete with long, side-swept bangs. Milano, who up until recently had long hair that ended past her shoulders, last sported a super short 'do about 12 years ago, when she played Phoebe on Charmed.

"Short hair don't care," Milano wrote on her Instagram page.

 

Her hairstylist Linh Nguyen also posted photos of the actress with her new haircut.

Naturally, Milano's photo spurred a slew of comments.

"Season 6 Phoebe is back!" one person said.

She also drew comparisons to a famous late Hollywood icon.

"Remind me of Elizabeth Taylor," a fan wrote.

"You look like Elizabeth Taylor beautiful," said another.
