Even celebrities cannot escape the power of the Force of Star Wars: The Force Awakens!

To celebrate the release of J.J. Abrams' new movie, country music power couple Faith Hill and husband Tim McGraw, MMA fighter Ronda Rousey and Henry Cavill all dressed up in Star Wars costumes recently, while Zoe Saldana paid tribute to the franchise as well (and totally betrayed her Star Trek loyalties).

"Good morning... This is how we woke up our kids!! Happy #StarWars day! #TheForceAwakens," Hill, 48, said on Instagram on Friday, the official day of the movie's release, alongside a photo of herself sporting a rebel outfit and striking a battle pose in front of McGraw, who is dressed as a member of the evil Emperor's Imperial Royal Guard.

Hill and McGraw, 48, are parents to daughters Gracie, 18, Maggie, 17, and Audrey, 14.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens opened officially on Friday, although preview screenings were held on Thursday night. Rousey, 28, who is currently on a medical suspension after losing to Holly Holm at UFC 193, the first loss of her MMA career, attended one of the showings in costume.

"About last night.... Star Wars was awesome .... I'm the stormtrooper," she said on Instagram, alongside a photo of herself with two people—a man dressed as Boba Fett and a woman wearing a Darth Maul mask.

Cavill, 32, who shows off his superhero skills in another anticipated blockbuster, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, appears as a Jedi in an Instagram pic posted on Friday.

"May the Force be with you. #starwars," he wrote.

Saldana, 37, who stared in Abrams' Star Trek and Star Trek Into Darkness movies, posted on her Instagram page a photo of herself, husband Marco Perego and their 1-year-old twin sons Bowie and Cy wearing Star Wars-themed socks.

"The Force is strong in this household. #starwars #TheForceAwakens," she wrote.

Meanwhile, supermodel and actress Cara Delevingne was, as she put it, "watching Star Wars in style."

Many other celebs got into the Star Wars spirit before the movie was released. On Thursday, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, 31, shared a photo of newborn daughter Max dressed as a Jedi. Olivia Munn, 35, who has dressed up like Princess Leia in the past, last weekend shared a pic of herself and boyfriend Aaron Rodgers, 32, paying tribute to the franchise.

Also, earlier this week, several stars sported Star Wars costumes at the new movie's world premiere. Sofia Vergara, 43, dressed up as Leia, while Joseph Gordon-Levitt, 34, went full Yoda
