InstagramToday is an especially special day for Kourtney Kardashian's family.
As you might remember, Kourtney's youngest child, Reign Disick, was born on the same exact day as his older brother, Mason Disick, and guess what? That day is today.
December 14th marks the birthday for the E! star's two sons, and in honor of the big day, Kourt took to Instagram to write a special message for her now-6-year-old and 1-year-old, respectively.
Posting an adorable snapshot of the brothers embracing each other, the mother-of-three wrote, "Happy Birthday to my sweet boys who forever changed my heart! I still can't believe they have the same birthday."
She echoed similar sentiments with a post on her website, telling fans, "It is still crazy to me that I have two boys born on the same exact day. I really tried to not have it happen, so they could each have their day, but there was no way around it. It is truly so special and meant to be. Happy birthday to the coolest and sweetest boys I know!!!"
Auntie Kim Kardashian also took to social media to wish her nephews a happy birthday, posting photos with heartfelt captions for each of the boys on Twitter:

It looks like the boys are spending their special day at the Happiest Place on Earth. Kanye West joins Kourtney and the kids for a visit to Disneyland, while Kim stays home to recover after giving birth to her newborn son Saint West.
