Kim Zolciak Opens Up About Post-Baby Plastic Surgery, Snaps Sexy Swimsuit Selfie

Reality star opens up about her tummy tuck

Kim Zolciak isn't one to shy away from discussing plastic surgery—especially those procedures that have made her feel happier and more confident.

On Wednesday, the 37-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to Instagram to share a super sexy mirror selfie, wearing a hot Baywatch-like swimsuit that showed off her amazing legs and, even better, her teeny, tiny waist—something she gives credit to a tummy tuck she had after her last pregnancy with twins, Kane and Kaia.

"So you all know after the twins I had a hernia and while fixing the hernia I opted to have a tummy tuck as well!" she wrote alongside the selfie. "My scar is very low and very thin much thanks to @drhochstein but I still had a scar. I could wear bikinis you would never see it."

She continues, "I showed @simonourianmd1 my scar he did coolaser on it ONE treatment and look!!!! You can't even see my scar!! I love these 'baywatch' bathing suits but never thought i could wear one! THANK YOU to 2 amazing doctors who love what they do and they do it with passion!"

Kim has opened up several times before about her thoughts on plastic surgery, and while she will fully admit to her procedures, she will also be very forward about the things she has not done.

For example, over the summer, a report surfaced that the mother of six had a full facelift, which she adamantly denied, saying she has never had surgery.

She will, however, admit to getting Botox. "I just don't think there's anything wrong with it," she told InTouch magazine back in 2009. "Some cosmetic enhancement is obvious. A lot of times, the people who aren't talking about it are the ones who look horrible. I do Botox...I started getting Botox when I was 25 for migraines. I recommend that to anybody."

In the same interview, Kim confessed, "I would love a nose job, but I'm scared. I would do just about anything to maintain myself."

As for her tummy tuck and multiple breast augmentations after her twins, she opened up candidly about them on Don't Be Tardy in 2014. "So it's been three weeks since I had my surgery, my boobs are perky, my stomach is super tigh. It feels like I'm 20 again,'" she said. "I look f--king amazing."
