After having to fight off a staph infection for several weeks, the 31-year-old reality star has finally been able to hop back in the gym again, and of course that means showing us how her hard work pays off.
KoKo took to Twitter to share a butt-selfie (aka a belfie) in the mirror, wearing some sick coordinating Adidas gear and her hair in a bun on the top of her head. But let's be real here: the main thing we noticed is her pert derriere!

With a body and an attitude like that, nothing can hold Khloe back!
Meanwhile, KoKo is an aunt again to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's newborn baby boy, Saint West. In fact, she was spotted shopping for the new addition to the family at Barney's on Monday.
A source tells E! News, "Khloe went to Barney's, and it was a quick trip. She was there for about 20 minutes. She breezed through the jewelry, handbags and shoes department and headed towards the kids' department. She came out of the store with a small bag, greeted some fans and left."
In insider adds, "She didn't want to draw a crowd and was super quick, but at the same time was really polite and sweet when stopped by fans as she usually is. She was in workout clothes and a Raiders hat."
Kim and Kanye welcomed Saint into the world on Saturday, Dec. 5 and finally revealed his name on Monday.
