Without question, each of these ladies have clearly earned their spots on this competitive list. C'mon, just look at Kate's spectacular showing this past year, with ample drop-dead sexy gowns ranging from Versace to Michael Kors. And then there's Gigi, who stepped up to be one of the fiercest forces on the red carpet (not to mention the runway). Still, a few of last years' best dressed elites returned for another chance at the prize with both Emma and Lupita. But really, are you that surprised? These two contenders are arguably two of the most stylish ladies of our time.
