We're going to need a drink after this drama!
Fans of the Vanderpump Rules cast witnessed quite the confrontation Monday night when James Kennedy and Kristen Doute got into a heated argument about their relationship.
Harsh words were exchanged, insults were shared and it looked like things really were done between the two.
After watching the drama unfold on TV, castmember Katie Maloney just had to show her support for "Team Kristen."
"I've had my own accounts with James where he has been very disrespectful in the way he speaks to me," she told E! News' Carissa Loethen. "And then to see him do that to Kristen, it's despicable to me honestly and I'm really happy and proud of her for nipping that in the butt and getting far away from that and getting to a much better, healthier spot in her own life."
After E! News exclusively confirmed in September that Kristen and James did in fact call it quits for good, we just had to ask Katie what kind of guy her co-star should be looking for. Her answer may surprise you.
"Someone that keeps her on her toes, keeps her in check and also keeps her calm," she shared. "She needs someone that has a soothing demeanor. Who's very even keel…very chill all the time."
For better or worse, things won't exactly stay calm this season on Vanderpump Rules. Based on previews for the new season, a former castmember by the name of Stassi Schroeder will make quite the return.
So what goes down? Expect the unexpected!
"Maybe she's not coming back for Jax," she teased to E! News. "We were all very confused as to what she came back for and you see all of that play out. As you could have guessed, she wasn't exactly welcomed with open arms."
