Miranda Lambert isn't pretending she's got life all figured out.
In fact, the 32-year-old singer tells Cosmopolitan's January 2016 issue she's "still processing everything" from her and Blake Shelton's divorce this past summer.
"We were together for 10 years, married for four, were very quickly divorced, and are friends," she tells the mag. "I'm still processing everything and figuring out where to go and what happened. [Marriage] is a tough business, and we gave it our best college try..."
So has divorce dissuaded Miranda from ever wanting to say "I do" again? Not necessarily, but it has seemingly changed her perspective on relationships. As she tells Cosmopolitan, "If I ever were to get married again—which is completely not on my radar at all right now—I feel like it's not about it being a step in life. It's not about a piece of paper or a diamond. It's the way you feel about somebody and the commitment in your heart."
Miranda is "happy" again and casually "dating" after her and Blake's split, sources tell E! News, but for now the country star "is taking things slow and just going with the flow." Unlike her ex, whose relationship with fellow Voice coach Gwen Stefani is playing out in the public eye, Miranda seems to be keeping her dating life on the DL.
As one source tells E! News, "it's all about her now," which includes focusing in on her career. "I just love what I do so much," she tells Cosmopolitan. "I love songwriting and the road and the family of country music. I love being a female in country music and lifting up other females of country. I'm more in it right now than I ever have been."
Miranda knows she still has a few "really bad, long, lonely nights ahead," but she's all "about living in the moment," she says, "and feeling every tinge of pain, then waking up the next day and going, 'All right, I'm going to ride my ponies. I'm going to have a girls' night.' That's where I am. That's where I'm gonna live."
