Twitterverse has some thoughts about Kanye West's latest clothing collection

If you're reading this, it means you probably aren't camped out in front of Barneys waiting for your turn to buy up the Yeezy Season 1 collection.

Or, it could mean that you've been waiting for 12 hours on a freezing cold sidewalk and you're trying to keep warm with the light of your cell phone. Or you took one look at the prices and decided that no ripped-up sweatshirt is worth declaring bankruptcy. It's probably that.

It's been over eight months since Kanye West released his collection of "athletic wear" for the world to see, but today marks its debut in stores. It also marks the first time that his fans are truly able to see the shockingly high prices in all their quadruple-digit glory. There have been musings and whispers over the price tags for a few months, but nothing beats staring at a $3,000 shopping cart to make it real. 

You're probably wondering: Is anyone out there willing to pay $2,500 for a camo-print jacket? If you look at Twitter, the answer is a resounding "no." Yeezus followers seem to have one collective thought about Season 1, and it's this: The clothes are awesome; the prices are not.

Of course, we're putting it a bit more straightforwardly than the average tweeter, but you get the idea. Yeezy is great, but so is paying rent and buying food. And unless you're Kanye West himself, you probably can't do both and wear the clothes. But we'll let the fans put it in their own words:
