Kylie Jenner is the baby of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, but that doesn't mean she acts like it!
As momager Kris Jenner told E! News during her cookbook signing at the re-opining of Williams-Sonoma at The Commons in Calabasas, Calif., Saturday, Kylie might only be 18, but she's actually "a really mature person."
"I was that way when I was 17," said Kris, now 59. "I thought I could, you know, do anything, and I was out on my own actually because I begged my mom to let me move in with my girlfriend. I thought I was so grownup!"
Kylie is leaving the nest young, too, only instead of moving in with a gal pal, she purchased a $2.7 million mansion on her own! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who is expected to move into her bachelorette pad very soon, won't be too far from family, though: Her house is part of The Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas, the same exclusive gated community where Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian also own homes.
Kris isn't worried about Kylie getting into trouble—and not just because her big sisters are so closeby! "Kylie is such a well-grounded person," her proud momager told E! News. "I think people don't give her enough credit for that. she's so smart, she's so loving, she's got the best heart..."
She got it from her mama! Kris is donating a portion of the proceeds from In The Kitchen with Kris: a Collection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites to No Kid Hungry. As a mother of six, she understands how very important good nutrition is when raising healthy children—and grandchildren, too!
Speaking of which, Kris has four of those already and another on the way! Kim Kardashian, of course, is pregnant with a baby boy due in December, and as her momager explains in the clip above, things are going a lot smoother the second time around.
